Position Overview

A nonprofit, family-feel hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician in Location: Coffeyville, Kansas – just 1 hour from Tulsa, OK. Our 47-bed, Critical Access hospital, founded in 1949, proudly serves 45,000 patients with a wide variety of services in a community that values learning, growth, and making a difference. Key Responsibilities

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
• Provide outpatient family medicine care and manage your own patient panel (call for own patients).
• Collaborate with a team of providers – currently 2 Family Medicine physicians.
• Utilize the Meditech Expanse EMR system for patient management.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary: $240k minimum base with RVU potential up to $350,000
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, and life insurance plus 6 weeks of time off
• Compensation: Sign-On Bonus & Relocation package (Minimum $30k), $1k for licensure reimbursement, and paid CME and professional dues
• Rural opportunity: After 1 year of employment, eligible for 100% state tax reimbursement for 5 years
