Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Store Manager with all operational and leadership facets of the store
  • Boosting sales and assuring customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and guidance to store associates
  • Assisting in the upkeep of store appearance and merchandising standards
  • Overseeing inventory and handling logistics

Required Qualifications

  • A strong belief in our customer-centric philosophy to deliver an outstanding customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years in retail sales or customer service is required
  • Prior supervisory experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Availability to work flexible work schedules, inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Robust leadership skills and customer management abilities
  • A service-oriented attitude coupled with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental business management procedures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
