Position Overview
Our team is growing and we're excited to have you join us! Open to candidates from major metro areas (Primarily Nevada, Colorado, Florida, Northeast, or nearby states). We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with contractors to promote and sell our financing solutions to home improvement contractors. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Educate contractors on the benefits of offering financing to their clients and how it can help grow their business.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos to explain the features and advantages of our financing solutions.
- Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors to foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, onboarding) to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Provide ongoing support to contractors and ensure their satisfaction.
- Track and report on sales activity and performance using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored recommendations to meet their goals.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields highly preferred (motivated candidates without a degree but with relevant experience can be considered).
- Entry-level to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, home improvement, or a related industry.
- Recent graduates with internships or part-time experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred.
- Sales professionals with experience in industries like home improvement, SaaS, financial services, or other B2B-focused roles preferred.
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale financing, lending, or similar financial products is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively with prospective clients.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong telemarketing skills and experience in sales administration will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
