Lead Digital Marketing Analyst

CMI Media Group is looking for a talented Lead Digital Marketing Analyst to enhance our online campaigns across various accounts. In this pivotal role, you will shape our analytical strategies and provide crucial recommendations that influence our campaign outcomes and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomous Leadership: Lead the analysis and optimization of campaigns while addressing ad-hoc requests to drive our marketing strategies to new heights.
  • Strategic Blueprint Creation: Develop comprehensive measurement plans aligned with business objectives to identify trends and enhance performance.
  • Insightful Analysis: Dive deeply into market dynamics and target audiences, providing monthly performance reviews and actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the data analytics team to ensure accurate data collection and alignment with our KPIs and objectives.
  • SOP Stewardship: Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures to guarantee operational excellence.

Your Impactful Contributions:

  • Drive ongoing campaign analysis and optimization using defined KPIs across various accounts.
  • Develop expertise in market specifics, serving as a resource for team members.
  • Independently produce monthly performance reports and guide optimization strategies for planning teams.
  • Collaborate with the data analytics team to ensure precise data collection from clients and external resources.
  • Design measurement plans that are firmly rooted in our strategic goals and media initiatives.
  • Provide critical data support to clients and planning teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Become deeply familiar with each client’s data landscape, establishing yourself as a trusted expert.
  • Partner closely with your manager to create trend reports and insights for enhancing online tactics, including Search, Display, CTV, OLV, and Social media.
  • Identify and analyze key performance drivers to help channel owners optimize their marketing spend in alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree: in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience: in online marketing, web analytics, or research.
  • Strong project management skills: and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry: is a significant plus!
  • Advanced proficiency: in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools: such as DOMO, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with: Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Direct experience: in online direct marketing or media performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of: statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, research methods, and ROI metrics is a bonus.

Base salary: The base salary for this position may range from $50k to $90k, depending on business needs, experience, responsibilities, and qualifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
