Key Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining machinery: Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment per established procedures while performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensuring safety and compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including wearing the required PPE, and adhere to industry standards and regulations (ability to lift at least 25lbs).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve equipment or process-related issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Communicate and work effectively with other technicians, operators, and engineers throughout the production process.
- Continuous improvement: Engage in initiatives to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
- Proven ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment or process-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for continuous process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with all ATE test hardware (Logic Testers, Handlers, Load Boards, & Sockets).
- Proficiency in operating ATE equipment such as testers and handlers.
- Experience with electro-mechanical equipment and Active Thermal Control (ATC) applications.
- Familiarity with engineering labs and/or high-volume manufacturing test facilities.
- Some experience with Linux.
