Position Overview

The Supply Chain Application Analyst develops, implements, and manages integrations within the Netsuite ERP ecosystem. This individual will support data exchange between business partners and internal systems, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure integrations align with business objectives. This position will work with cross-functional teams to configure and customize supply chain applications, resolve issues, produce clear documentation, and provide training to stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to accommodate Pyramex’s growing supply chain applications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand supply chain requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues to maintain continuous and reliable operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite ERP with WMS, TMS, and Demand Planning tools.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite and other supply chain applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure that supply chain solutions align with business objectives and support the overall integration strategy.
  • Monitor and enhance integrations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for supply chain application processes, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for team members.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate relevant stakeholders on best practices for supply chain application usage and integration requirements.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all enterprise departments to optimize collaboration and communication.
  • Fulfill department requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation, or education.
  • Perform at or above enterprise performance standards established within the department.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of related experience OR 5 years of relevant experience with no degree
  • NetSuite Certification desired

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP, WMS, TMS, and Demand Planning tools strongly preferred
  • 2–5 years software consulting or software implementation experience (highly preferred)
  • Familiarity with data mapping and integration tools
  • General understanding of supply chain concepts
