Position Overview

Peraton’s Cyber Mission supports the United States Air Force by delivering mission-critical Cyber professionals to defend our nation’s security. Peraton is seeking a Technical Training, Lead Associate to support our mission to defend and protect our national security. The role develops and delivers training programs to equip personnel with the technical skills required for mission success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training courses for end users, administrators, and mission personnel.
  • Create and maintain instructional materials, manuals, and training aids.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback to improve skills.
  • Update course content to reflect changes in systems, tools, and mission requirements.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or PhD with 0 years of experience.
  • US Citizenship and a current active TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI.
  • Must comply with DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 411 requirements, including holding an approved baseline certification and meeting all KSAs for managing, monitoring, and maintaining DoD gateway and boundary systems.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Proficient in operating a customer help desk, including managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Skilled in creating instructional materials and supporting documentation.
  • Ability to conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Experience evaluating learner performance and providing constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience training personnel in military or government environments.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of blended learning approaches combining classroom and online instruction.
  • Experience creating interactive multimedia training content.
