Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Small and Medium Government Account Executive. Location: Hybrid in Boston, Tampa, Kansas City, or Phoenix. The ideal candidate will drive sales in the government sector by managing the complete sales cycle and building strategic relationships with local government entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for the Small and Medium Government market, from initial engagement to final agreement
  • Act as a consultative partner to local governments, facilitating the transition to modern cloud-based solutions
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and prioritize opportunities within various local government entities

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience in software sales with a proven track record of meeting performance targets
  • Experience navigating public sector procurement and complex purchasing cycles
  • Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales data
  • Strong consultative skills with a deep interest in local government operations
  • Self-motivated and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment
