Position Overview
Optimize Partners is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager (Consultant) with extensive Eloqua experience to support our client—a fast growing B2B SaaS start-up (late-stage) in NYC. This role starts as a long-term consulting engagement with a real opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position. As the Marketing Automation Manager, you will orchestrate and execute marketing campaigns by turning ideas into reality through automation, thereby driving significant business growth and aligning marketing activities with the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the client's marketing automation platform (Eloqua), webinar platform (Zoom) and accounts-based marketing platform (Engagio).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage automated campaigns, including drip email campaigns, online forms, landing pages, and monthly newsletters.
- Configure, implement, customize, test, update and report on marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring initiatives.
- Create segmented lists based on user personas and behaviors, including past email, web, or campaign interactions.
- Measure campaign performance and drive optimizations to enhance marketing automation efforts.
- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotional strategies.
- Maintain data quality across marketing systems and establish best practices and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, operations, or campaign management.
- Minimum of 2 years of operational experience with Eloqua.
- At least 1 year of operational experience with Salesforce.com, including campaign setup and reporting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and time zones in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Engagio or a similar ABM platform.
- Familiarity with editing and adjusting HTML for emails and landing pages.
