Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website.
• Create and manage compelling content aimed at driving engagement and generating a minimum of 400 organic leads per month.
• Design and promote lead magnets such as eBooks and guides, collaborating with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to enhance lead follow-up processes.
• Analyze data and feedback to refine social media campaigns and boost performance outcomes.
• Utilize tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Social to manage interactions effectively and suggest new tools that could improve productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content creation teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing with a successful track record of driving organic growth.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and platform best practices.
• Proficiency in creating engaging content, including graphics, short videos, and written posts.
• Familiarity with CRM and social media management tools, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Social, or a quick learning aptitude for new tools.
