Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist - Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) Technologies leads the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies that drive audience engagement, brand equity, and commercial success. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver innovative, compliant, and personalized content across all digital channels, using advanced analytics and best practices to optimize performance and achieve strategic business objectives.

Position may be worked remotely, with willingness and ability to travel to Lake Zurich, IL for team engagements. This position is unable to offer sponsorship either now or in the future.

Base Salary Range: $80,000-85,000 – Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including experience level, education level, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to support commercial business in the digital space.
• Assist in developing digital content for web, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to drive engagement.
• Follow promotional review and approval processes as well as distribution guidelines to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manage the digital calendar and oversee execution of campaigns to ensure timely distribution aligned with key commercial milestones.
• Collect and analyze performance data to provide insights and support data-driven optimization strategies.
• Implement ongoing web optimization techniques to enhance site performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of web analytics (e.g., SEO/SEM, AEO, GEO).
• Experience with digital platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Applications, and Veeva.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer engagements, team meetings, conferences, and travel to Lake Zurich, IL as needed.
