Position Overview

We are seeking a talented supply chain professional to serve as a Supply Chain & Materials Project Manager for our Dry Process Solutions (DPS) business unit at our Bedford, MA site. In this role, you will manage a complex end-to-end global supply chain for a focused product set, deploying proactive processes that enhance the customer experience and Entegris productivity. You will leverage SAP parameters for supply chain fulfillment, synchronize material flows across manufacturing, third-party vendors, and internal quality & engineering, while also acting as the sales/customer service point of contact for supply commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex end-to-end global supply chain for a focused product set.
  • Deploy effective use of SAP parameters that support supply chain fulfillment.
  • Orchestrate and maintain synchronization of various states of supply across the chain.
  • Track, monitor, and expedite units by serial number throughout the supply chain.
  • Oversee QA approval to packing slip generation and drop shipment to customer consignment.
  • Serve as the sales/customer service point of contact for supply commitments.
  • Reconcile any physical to logical integrity gaps associated with material flow.
  • Drive resolution momentum for non-passing windows throughout the material flow.
  • Facilitate expanded SAP use and deployment of systemic processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • APICS certification a plus (CPIM or CIRM).
  • 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, and purchasing within a manufacturing/distribution planning model.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP use in SAP ECC related to inventory control, materials requirements planning, distribution planning, item master settings, demand planning, procurement, and production planning.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex supply chain models.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and operations.
