We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing our presence and engaging with our community through strategic marketing and social media initiatives that align with our commitment to high-quality patient care. Please note, this is not a remote position – all candidates must be local in Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with followers to foster community relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Assist in graphic design projects as needed to support content creation.
  • Create, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, educational blogs, print, and community events.
  • Conduct market research to identify patient needs, trends, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for advertising, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and uphold the practice's brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Develop marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
  • Travel to various locations to meet with clients, practices, facilities, and referring partners.
  • Monitor client satisfaction by communicating regularly with referral sources.
  • Gather feedback and insights from visits to improve services.
  • Implement digital and offline strategies, such as online advertising, website optimization, managing online reputation through reviews, and building community partnerships.
  • Stay aware of community events for staff, physicians, and the practice to participate in.
  • Identify and address new areas of opportunity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive decision-making and leadership experience.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid NV driver's license.
  • Must be located in Las Vegas.
