Position Overview
We are a nationwide solar company seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives for our local team. In this role, you will manage 2-3 warm leads daily from pre-qualified homeowners interested in solar power. This is aHIGH COMMISSIONposition with earning potential of$1,000-$5,000 A WEEK. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and pursue 2-3 warm leads daily from pre-qualified homeowners.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and close deals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent the company professionally to drive sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Resourcefulness with strong multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
- Availability for evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation and a smartphone.
