Position Overview

We are a nationwide solar company seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives for our local team. In this role, you will manage 2-3 warm leads daily from pre-qualified homeowners interested in solar power. This is aHIGH COMMISSIONposition with earning potential of$1,000-$5,000 A WEEK. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and pursue 2-3 warm leads daily from pre-qualified homeowners.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and close deals.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally to drive sales growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourcefulness with strong multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation and a smartphone.
