Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with private collectors, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Implement a strategy for bringing new clients to the gallery.
- Manage gallery social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
- Create technical sheets, artist bios, and promotional materials
- Support graphic design needs for exhibitions, events, and online content
- Assist in planning and hosting gallery openings, private viewings, and PR events
- Provide personalized tours and consultations for clients and visitors
- Coordinate logistics for artwork packing, shipping, and installation
- Maintain the gallery’s pristine appearance and welcoming atmosphere
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, emails, and client follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: A background in art is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Photoshop a plus)
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for special events
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend and evening availability required for select events
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Occasional nights or Saturday time are required for special events.

Basic salary: $48,000 plus commission. The estimated first-year salary is between $80,000 - $100,000.
