Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, creative innovation, and disrupting the status quo in healthcare. As part of a fast-growing, mission-driven dental implant startup, you’ll play a key role in helping patients discover something truly different—something better. We’re looking for a self-motivated Social Media Manager who thrives on creating meaningful, captivating content that brings our message to life, proving that people deserve better solutions and that we are here to provide them. You will collaborate closely with management and clinical teams to develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms, engaging a geriatric audience as well as caregivers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce compelling, high-quality content—including social media posts, short-form videos, reels, blog articles, and email newsletters—that showcases our cutting-edge technologies, patient stories, and brand personality.
  • Social Media Management: Build and expand the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn; schedule posts, manage engagement, and build an active, mission-aligned community.
  • Video Editing & Storytelling: Edit raw footage from in-house shoots into powerful video content that conveys transformation, trust, and hope, with bonus skills in color grading and multi-format editing.
  • Caption Writing & Messaging: Craft on-brand, emotionally resonant captions and headlines that educate and connect with our audience, especially mature patients and their caregivers.
  • Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains fresh and differentiated.
  • Visual Media Production: Capture or coordinate high-quality images and video content to support brand storytelling, including patient testimonials and behind-the-scenes looks.
  • Analytics & Strategy: Monitor content performance using insights and analytics tools, adapting strategies based on engagement metrics and community feedback.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with clinical and leadership teams to understand the patient journey and translate that insight into impactful public-facing content.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in content creation, social media management, or storytelling (portfolio > resume).
  • Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for patient-facing or consumer audiences.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Basic photography and video production skills with the ability to edit short-form video.
  • Understanding of SEO and social media platform optimization.
  • Experience engaging online communities and managing public interaction.
  • A passion for healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bonus: Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) or CRM tools (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc.).
