Position Overview

Fitt Talent Partners, a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies, is partnering with a premier health optimization and longevity center that offers personalized, data-driven wellness solutions. The People Operations Manager will oversee all HR functions across 10+ locations. In this role, you will lead recruiting, onboarding, and staff support to ensure exceptional service and the achievement of company objectives—all while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention processes across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with location leadership to maintain accurate staffing levels and coordinate per diem staffing as needed.
  • Conduct reference checks, manage employment agreements, and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage HR operations by maintaining personnel records, HRIS systems, and administering employee benefits, payroll, and leave processes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive culture by organizing staff development initiatives, ongoing training, and promoting wellness and work-life balance.
  • Serve as the HR subject matter expert by communicating HR policies, supporting conflict resolution, and guiding strategic HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.
  • Proven ability to recruit for clinical, wellness, and administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and digital onboarding tools; must be tech-savvy.
