XML Developer (Junior Level)

Position Overview

Ictect – the Intelligent Content Company offers patented software to modernize document workflow with Office 365. We have an opportunity for an XML Developer to join our team and help provide information mapping solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop XSD Schemas.
• Develop Regular Expressions for parsing the text content.
• Validate XML files against XSD schemas.
• Conduct content analysis to determine text patterns.
• Coordinate work with the Software Development and Quality Assurance teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in XML and related standards including XSD and DTDs.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience with XML authoring and validating tools.
• Passion for content architecture, including grammar, sentence structure, machine readability, formatting, semantics, parsing, and markup.
• BE/MCA/BCA/BSc (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent; 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
