Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree: in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license: in Texas required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and project management.
- Proficiency: in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and CAD software.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of building codes (IBC, ASCE) and material specifications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: with bridge design and other infrastructure projects is a plus.
