Job Description
Position Overview
The Cloud Engineering Intern is a hands-on position that works with experienced Cloud Engineers in a fast-paced environment. The intern will contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of technical cloud solutions while gaining exposure to general business principles and corporate structures. This remote role within the US is part of a 10-week summer program (May 27 – August 8, 2025) requiring 40 full-time hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on IT assignments of moderate difficulty under the guidance of a senior mentor.
- Escalate issues and questions to management when necessary.
- Participate in group discussions with peers and external groups to solve problems.
- Attend meetings to gain process knowledge and detailed project guidance.
- Read, understand, and perform tasks within prescribed guidelines.
- Approach challenges with critical thinking and a focus on customer service.
- Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in systems, technical, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
- Completed at least 2 years of coursework.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with basic principles, theories, and concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS.
- Understanding of Operating Systems.
- Background in cloud engineering.

- COMPENSATION: Hourly pay range of $21.00 - $25.00 (commensurate with education and experience).
