Position: Creative Services Manager (Marketing)

Job Summary:
The Creative Services Manager leads the execution, quality, and delivery of all creative assets across B2B and B2C marketing efforts. This role manages the in‑house creative function, ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and high‑impact creative that supports enterprise sales, e‑commerce, product launches, and channel marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage internal marketing creative resources
  • Oversee creative development for product launches, campaigns, web, and social
  • Oversee product imagery, diagrams, instructions, and technical marketing materials
  • Act as the guardian of brand identity, voice, and visual standards
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across enterprise marketing, consumer channels, sales enablement, trade shows, and packaging
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative direction
  • Own the creative intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and revision process
  • Balance competing B2B and B2C priorities
  • Continuously improve creative processes for speed, quality, and scalability
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Manufacturing teams
  • Ensure technical accuracy and effective product storytelling

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in creative services, brand, or marketing roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing in‑house creative teams and/or external agencies
  • Strong understanding of both B2B enterprise and B2C consumer marketing needs
  • Proven ability to translate business and marketing objectives into effective creative direction
  • Experience supporting physical products, preferably in manufacturing, hardware, industrial, or technical environments
  • Strong project and workflow management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Manufacturing teams
  • Strong creative judgment with a high bar for quality, brand consistency, and detail
  • Working knowledge of design, copy, photography, and video production processes
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative tools
  • Understanding of performance‑based creative optimization across digital and e‑commerce channels
  • Experience managing creative production for digital advertising and social media
  • Experience managing creative production for websites and e‑commerce platforms
  • Experience managing creative production for sales enablement and enterprise collateral
  • Experience managing creative production for trade shows, events, and experiential marketing
  • Experience managing creative production for packaging and product documentation
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to creative team members
  • Strong organizational skills with an operational mindset
  • Comfortable making decisions, setting priorities, and pushing back when requests are misaligned
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and production timelines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: $95,000 to $115,000
  • Location: Onsite
