As a Data Analyst, you will drive innovation and growth by transforming data into actionable insights that accelerate sales and customer expansion. Your role is crucial for synthesizing and communicating complex analyses in clear, easy-to-understand ways, ultimately reinforcing Catasys’ position as an industry leader in data and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Dive into data to predict and quantify user behavior for members, Care Team, and network providers.
- Find actionable strategic insights through funnels, cohort analyses, user segmentation, retention analyses, and regression models.
- Perform data storytelling to quantify user journeys and identify opportunities to improve member outcomes and team productivity.
- Become a Catasys subject matter expert to anticipate the data needs of customers, Product, User Experience, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate high-priority business problems into concise, measurable solutions.
- Lead the Analytics Center of Excellence—a cross-functional team of Data Champions within the organization.
- Drive a culture of analytical rigor, transparency, and shared understanding of key measures.
- Work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Define KPIs, and build automated dashboards, reports, and models to support faster, better decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement, quality assure, and monitor logging and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience with PowerBI DAX Programming.
- Expertise in performing quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor information for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and applications such as A/B testing, probability, and regression.
