Job Description

Position Overview

As a Client Solutions Manager (Marketing & Creative) at Robert Half in Philadelphia, you will drive business development for full‐time placement solutions. You will market our services to Marketing & Creative professionals via telephone, video, and in-person meetings; manage client relationships; and ensure exceptional customer service by selecting well-matched candidates for client job orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our full-time placement services, leveraging your proven Marketing & Creative and/or recruiting background. Engage via telephone, video, and in-person meetings, and participate in local networking events.
  • Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders, maintain ongoing contact with client companies and candidates, and resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development using proven closing skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated business development and account management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of success and a competitive, self-motivated attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing & Creative degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or experience in a Marketing & Creative related field.
