Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results and delivers an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience through effective floor management and enhanced digital engagement.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase store traffic.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• A passion for fashion paired with an outgoing personality and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in reacting to a changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
• Ability to foster an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build partnerships and prioritize teamwork.
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
