Job Description

Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Supervisor at our fast-paced Memphis Distribution Center, you will supervise day-to-day picking, packing, and shipping activities for a domestic shipping unit on the 2nd shift. You will lead up to 20 associates, oversee the domestic shipping process, and collaborate with leadership to enhance warehouse performance and processes. This full-time role follows a regular weekly schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00pm – 11:30pm and Friday 1:00pm – 9:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise picking, packing, and shipping activities within the domestic shipping unit.
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 associates on the 2nd shift.
  • Manage, coordinate, and improve the domestic shipping process, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Oversee performance evaluations, assign work, and address escalated issues.
  • Provide coaching, administer employment actions, and promote staff training and development.
  • Monitor quality and compliance while recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Support both short- and long-term distribution strategies and participate in strategic planning.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and direct work activities effectively.
  • Experience in operations, customer service, and logistics.
  • Strong reasoning, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
