As the Executive Assistant to the Chair and CEO of Sony Music Nashville/Provident Entertainment, you will ensure that the CEO operates effectively by providing high-level administrative and logistical support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chair & CEO’s time, schedule, travel arrangements, and expenses to maximize efficiency.
- Adapt to frequent changes by remaining calm, composed, and focused even during periods of ambiguity.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of the Chair & CEO by preparing for meetings and managing external event details.
- Serve as the face of the C-Suite by maintaining professional courtesy, confidentiality, and effective communication both internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in direct support of a senior executive.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment with flexibility and adaptability as priorities change.
- Exceptional communication skills and an enthusiastic, collaborative attitude.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed.
- Tech forward with a working knowledge of both Mac and PC platforms and familiarity with social media and digital tools.
