Outdated systems and one‐size‐fits‐all fixes leave families stuck with high bills and little control. We are redefining home efficiency through bold innovation and extreme ownership. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with potential and current customers, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to clean, cost‐effective solar energy while earning their business with an account manager mindset from acquisition to close.

- Relationship Building – Educate homeowners on the positive effects of being energy efficient and the benefits of clean energy, including energy cost savings and increased home value.

- Training Initiative – Continuously learn and grow through our comprehensive training program.
Required Qualifications
- Any sort of sales experience, regardless of duration!
- Valid driver's license
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Average full-time $120,000 - $200,000 yearly, with an upside of $260,000+; $500 weekly plus aggressive commission; average commission on one closed deal ($2,500 - $7,500).
