Job Description
Position Overview
Join Genentech’s Marketing leadership team where you will help drive innovative healthcare solutions and improved patient outcomes. In this role, you will develop and execute customer engagement strategies for a diverse portfolio of Foundational Products—including Immunology RA, Lytics, Skin, and Established Products—by leveraging insight-driven tactics and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports tailored and actionable omnichannel customer engagement by leveraging customer insights in collaboration with Senior Customer Marketers.
- Develops and executes marketing campaigns through content creation, timeline management, and coordinated media agency engagement.
- Partners with agencies, the Promotional Review Committee (PRC), Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, effective promotional tactics.
- Measures campaign performance using real-time data, refines tactics, and supports cross-functional alignment for seamless campaign execution.
- Manages work priorities independently and pursues continuous professional development in content creation, execution, and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- One year of marketing experience or an MBA.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a commercial role (e.g., market access, marketing, sales, or customer insights).
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven success in executing marketing tactics that strengthen market positioning and drive high-value outcomes.
