Position Overview

Supply Chain Assistant Coordinator located in Long Island City, NY (12-12 44th Avenue – Long Island City, NY 11101) will support the Supply Chain Project Manager with a wide range of supply chain and logistics functions for our Digital Network, specifically at the rolling stock warehouse. This role requires technical abilities to read cut sheets and bills of materials to support aggressive project installation schedules while managing daily warehouse operations including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and shipment coordination. The candidate will also work in varying environments, including warehouse operations and on-site deliveries, and will be required to lift up to 50 lbs and operate company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate/prepare shipment of products and kits for digital screen deployments – ensure precise record keeping.
  • Manage shipping to deployment destinations and organize logistics for shipments and deliveries.
  • Conduct quality control of arriving deliveries and support the RMA process for failed units/parts.
  • Load/unload trailers and trucks for both deliveries and shipments.
  • Operate forklift (certification is a plus; training will be provided) and drive box trucks in and out of NYC.
  • Scan products in/out of inventory, currently managed in MS Excel transitioning to an enterprise system.
  • Support quarterly and year-end warehouse audits as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the field team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills including MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word).
  • Experience with warehouse management tools is a plus.
  • Extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable with non-standard work hours.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn additional computer skills and systems as needed.
