Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Trials and Experimentation team to deliver excellent service to a global SaaS audience. In this role, you will engage personally with customers, both technical and non-technical, help drive product enhancements, and support our vision of an API-first world.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Postman’s Trials Journey end to end.
• Introduce Trial Ingresses and personalize Postman Workspaces during trials.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to gather user requirements and craft precise technical specifications for new features.
• Participate in on-call duties, perform peer code reviews, and actively contribute to the overall maturity of the platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years experience in building enterprise products.
• Demonstrated ability to dive deep and solve challenging problems with empathy towards users.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
