Entry/Junior Software Developer (Remote)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with top tech companies to provide candidates a competitive advantage.
• Guide candidates from application through interview and placement processes.
• Assist in bridging the gap between employer requirements and candidate skills.
• Facilitate visa support including assistance with **STEM extension, H1B, and Green Card filing**.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive candidate with relevant project work experience.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Knowledge of Statistics, Gen AI, LLM, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools; for Java/Full Stack roles: Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, C++ and experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, and TensorFlow.
