Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Desk Perm Recruiter for a remote role where candidates must reside in a metro area in the Western United States.
In this position you will generate direct hire fees through 360° marketing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies.Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary is $50,000 to $60,000 – actual offer will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates:
  • Leads client intake calls to discover client needs and discuss process.
  • Develops and implements recruiting plans to source top talent in the market.
  • Manages multiple recruiting resources and platforms to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Builds strong rapport with clients and candidates through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Screens and interviews candidates for direct-hire placements at client operations.
  • Conducts thorough reference checks on candidates as requested by clients.
  • Ensures a consistent flow of candidates to meet or exceed production standards.
  • Refers qualified candidates to clients for open positions.
  • Documents and maintains all candidate and client information in the system.
  • Collaborates with leadership to establish activity and result expectations with proper pipeline documentation.
  • Business Development:
  • Develops and implements plans to generate new business opportunities for direct hire placements.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions based on standard operating practices.
  • Monitors client expectations and implements service levels to meet and exceed needs.
  • Cross-sells divisions to ensure account penetration across all business lines.
  • Partners with the Business Development team to follow up on potential leads and set up introduction meetings.
  • Works with Presidents, BDM, and Market Grow Partners to develop and penetrate new and existing accounts.
  • Participates in regional calls to discuss market trends and direct hire strategies.
  • Establishes daily and weekly business development schedules to achieve production dollar objectives.
  • Collaborates with direct hire recruiters to set monthly, quarterly, and annual production standards.
  • Maintain Compliance with Legal and Company Standards:
  • Sends resumes to clients ensuring submissions meet company and position guidelines.
  • Schedules candidate send-outs and confirms all parties have the required details.
  • Follows up promptly with clients on submitted resumes and interviews, ensuring regular communication to boost sales.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client, candidate, and Employbridge information.
  • Client Retention and Evaluation:
  • Stays knowledgeable and compliant with company processes and requirements.
  • Creates and adjusts business agreements per client specifications.
  • Ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal recruitment laws.
  • Maintains professionalism when representing both the company and candidates.
  • Keeps current with general Human Resources practices.
  • Documents all candidate and client information in company systems.
  • Invoices, coordinates, and monitors direct hire placements through the guarantee period and payment collection.
  • Generates client invoices via CRM in collaboration with the billing team.

  • Candidates must reside in a metro area in the Western United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field.
