Position Overview

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Content Creator & Strategist to enhance their online presence. This hybrid role requires collaboration in the Orlando, Florida office combined with remote work flexibility. You will develop engaging and compelling digital content across various platforms—including social media, website blogs, email newsletters, and video—to drive audience engagement and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, create, and edit high-quality digital content, including written articles, social media posts, graphics, and short videos.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, engage with the audience, and grow the online community.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and organic traffic.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights for future strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital content trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research to understand content preferences and inform strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Proven ability to create engaging written, visual, and video content.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic graphic design principles.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies on various digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment balancing collaborative office work with independent remote tasks.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital media.
