Key Responsibilities
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
- Build close partnerships with clients and help grow their business by delivering effective candidate attraction solutions
- Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
- Learn how to hunt new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage your own portfolio of both existing and new candidates and clients
- Assist in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates
- Participate in a world class training program and serve as a mentee to experienced professionals
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience Required: Internship experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
- Competitive nature demonstrated through academics, sports, or other endeavors
- High energy, determination, and resilience
