Retail Associate for Estate Sales-Part Time (SD)

Position Overview

At True Legacy Homes, we specialize in estate sales that help families transition with care and efficiency. As a Retail Associate, you will play an integral role in managing retail operations for estate sales – from setup and merchandising to sales and clean-up. Location: San Diego County, CA | Shift: Day | Status: Part-Time/Hourly/Non-Exempt | Compensation: $17.50-$19.85 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and operation of the Estate Sale.
• Stock supplies at the sale.
• Assist in the preparation and pricing of sale items.
• Collaborate with team members to stage, prepare, and price items for sale.
• Photograph items and generate an itemized list for the sale.
• Create and hang signage throughout the home.
• Break down and clean up after the sale.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability (including weekends and holidays) to meet retail business needs.
• Experience working in a retail environment with responsibilities including ringing up customers and merchandising.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• High level of integrity and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
