The role is designed to provide technical support and guidance to clients while leading and mentoring a team of technical support analysts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions.
  • Mentor and lead a team of technical support analysts by providing training, setting clear goals, and monitoring performance.
  • Analyze complex technical issues, develop solutions, and continuously improve troubleshooting processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT systems, technologies, and trends to ensure the highest level of support.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and project managers, to resolve client issues and enhance processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and high-quality support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support procedures and resolutions.
