Position Overview

The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven sales representatives to protect families across the nation with various types of life and health insurance, mortgage protection and financial advisement. This commission‐based sales position offers compensation with uncapped commission paid daily. Candidates can work on a part-time or full-time basis, with the potential to earn significant income while enjoying a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents
• Deliver virtual as well as in-person training
• Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
• Meet virtually with families to protect them through various life and health products
• Maintain flexible hours and work environment
• Foster a community that promotes personal growth and development
• Design policies tailored to clients’ needs
• Protect families with the best available products in the financial marketplace

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
• Strong communication skills
