Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for therapy services that align with the overall goals and mission of the University of Southern California.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of therapy services within the hospital administration department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the therapy services team, promoting best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure seamless integration of therapy services with other hospital departments and to improve overall patient care outcomes.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for therapy services staff.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of therapy services regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Serve as a liaison between therapy services and other hospital departments, as well as external stakeholders, to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze therapy services data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the quality of care.
- Develop and manage therapy services policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all therapy service areas.
- Represent the University of Southern California and the therapy services department at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the institution and attract top talent.
