Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Highly motivated, self-learner with a demonstrated passion for technology and innovation.
• Proven project work and practical experience in software programming, with proficiency in Java and familiarity with SDLC.
• Experience with modern development tools and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• For data science and machine learning roles: Knowledge in Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, or TensorFlow.
