The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious, and internet-native Junior Marketing Executive to support retail social and search campaigns across multiple clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves the internet, understands how people behave online, is obsessed with learning, and wants real hands-on experience in performance marketing. You’ll receive structured training, real client exposure, and the opportunity to work directly with senior strategists.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the setup and management of paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and paid search campaigns (Google and retail search platforms)
  • Supporting campaign optimisation based on performance data
  • Monitoring key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
  • Conducting competitor and audience research
  • Helping build campaign reports and insight decks
  • Supporting creative testing and messaging experiments
  • Learning retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, and Criteo
  • Contributing ideas around trends, internet culture, and emerging ad formats

This is not a “press buttons and hope” role. You’ll learn how performance marketing actually works.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience (internships, university projects, or side hustles count)
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic data analysis
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Clear written communication skills
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing, retail media, and online behaviour
  • Ambition and a desire to take on increasing responsibility

Bonus (but not required)

  • Experience running ads, even with small budgets
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools
  • An understanding of internet communities and digital culture
