Job Description
A company is looking for a Benefits & HR Operations Specialist to enhance HR operations in a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of employee benefits programs and manage 401(k) plan
- Design and implement scalable HR processes while managing the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate HR systems and employee records
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, or HR generalist roles
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
