Job Description

A company is looking for a Benefits & HR Operations Specialist to enhance HR operations in a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support administration of employee benefits programs and manage 401(k) plan
  • Design and implement scalable HR processes while managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate HR systems and employee records

Required Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, or HR generalist roles
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
