Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect JetBlue's digital infrastructure and data.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Design and implement security measures, such as firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches, taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of IT operations.
  • Lead training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and policies.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of JetBlue's IT systems.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of third-party systems and data.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on the status of cybersecurity initiatives and potential risks to senior management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other IT teams on cybersecurity matters.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and standards related to cybersecurity.
  • Proactively identify and address potential security gaps and vulnerabilities in JetBlue's systems and processes.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity developments and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
