Position Overview

At Afterpay, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist, Marketo who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining data accuracy, and enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will handle the day-to-day management of Marketo, support marketing automation strategies, and collaborate with teams using tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEO techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns and programs
  • Manage data integrity and day-to-day operations of Marketo
  • Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize marketing automation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation
  • Proven experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing or sales technologies
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring and segmentation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO
