Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator / Media Buyer who understands both big-picture strategy and execution - with a strong emphasis on paid digital advertising, especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You must be able to think like a strategist and execute like a buyer.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns while supporting broader marketing initiatives across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (Primary Focus)
- Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end
- Develop campaign structures (funnels, audiences, creatives, testing frameworks)
- Optimize for performance: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targeting
- Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns
- Retargeting strategy + full-funnel campaign development
- Develop AI-informed audience targeting and creative testing strategies based on platform automation and machine learning signals
- Align paid campaigns with AI-driven discovery trends and evolving user behavior across platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini
Strategy & Campaign Development
- Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies
- Collaborate on multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, email, web)
- Understand positioning, messaging, and audience psychology
- Contribute to overall marketing plans - not just execution
- Incorporate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles into campaign messaging and content strategy
- Identify opportunities for brands to be surfaced in AI-generated responses and recommendation engines (e.g., Perplexity AI)
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights
- Identify trends and opportunities for scaling or pivoting
- Make data-driven recommendations
- Monitor shifts in AI-driven traffic, assisted conversions, and emerging discovery channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative team on ad assets (copy, visuals, video direction)
- Coordinate with team and leadership on campaign goals
- Ensure campaigns align with brand voice and strategy
- Collaborate on AI-informed content structuring (headlines, FAQs, authority signals) to improve visibility in answer engines
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years experience in digital marketing and paid media buying
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads with real budgets and results
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI)
- Audience segmentation & lookalikes
- Funnel strategy (TOF/MOF/BOF)
- Experience with:
- Google Ads (a plus)
- Email marketing + CRM integrations (a plus)
- Analytical mindset - comfortable making decisions from data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with creative strategy (UGC, hooks, ad angles)
- Landing page optimization / CRO understanding
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads
- Agency experience managing multiple clients
