Your Job
As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overall admin support of our Always-On & Targeted functions. You will work with our Influencer Marketing Lead to ensure the success of our various influencer functions, both digital & IRL. In addition to supporting our cross-program product-seeding initiatives, you will be responsible for helping design & execute required in-season photography activations. You will work with Influencer Marketing Lead to design campaign briefing documents, identify & vet influencer talent, as well as maintain and build relationships with influencer & photography partners. You will take a highly organized approach to collaborating with the influencer team, 3rd party agencies, and cross-channel stakeholders on a variety of ambassador-focused & seasonal activations. You will support the Influencer Channel, cross-functionally will keep the team aware of the latest trends on social media, helping the channel build awareness with key growth audiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day communication and decisions for social media creator and partnerships projects, including managing product orders/fulfillment, contracts, and digital assets for social media initiatives across all channels and creative types
- Support all cross-functional product seedings for Brooks Ambassador programs and other Influencers
- Contribute to the Brooks social media calendar, working with internal and external teams to make sure key influencer initiatives are included and goals are being reached
- Conduct searches on social media platforms to find influencers aligned with key marketing campaigns and manage communications with key influencers based on campaign objectives, sharing-out campaign results to evaluate successes and learning opportunities
- Build product seeding assortment planners with insights from Influencer Marketing Lead & Product Marketing to ensure we are appropriately outfitting influencer partners
- Work with Lead, Influencer Marketing to brief photographers and influencers for specific campaigns
- Help develop influencer project timelines, schedules, and post-activation reporting
- Support the planning & execution of in-season photography activations, to be programmed in line with core channel & seasonal campaign KPIs and tracked against detailed project timelines
- Partner with REX department to place product seeding orders and track all-up channel investment in inventory costs on a monthly & quarterly basis
- Support our Strategic Seeding Strategy by identifying & approving influencer targets and working with 3rd party agencies to ensure alignment on overall KPIs
- Attend IRL influencer activations & photoshoots, providing on-site support to Lead, Influencer Marketing
- Help deploy influencer content across channels, ensuring that we leverage this content to evolve Brooks’ visual identity, support social media KPIs, and applicable Retail or Sales goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers that align with the Brooks brand and reach growth audiences
- Stay abreast of influencer trends and strategy to identify new opportunities and platforms including, but not limited to TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- 1+ years’ experience in social media or creator/influencer management for a consumer brand, creative agency, or other relevant experience; 2 years’ experience preferred
- Experience sourcing photography vendors and arranging brand photo shoots that are on-brief
- A strong creative eye and ability to translate a vision into a brief/mood board
- Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong ability to think innovatively and help solve problems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication
- Keen attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another
- Creative thinker who is always looking for new ways to interact with our audience to illustrate how we Run Happy and stay on-trend within social communities

Compensation
The pay range for this position, based out of Brooks Seattle HQ, is $56,942-$79,779 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
