Position Overview
Entry-level part-time position for a receptionist/office assistant in a busy, family-owned chiropractic office. In this role, you will handle payment transactions, greet and schedule patients, assist with office and patient flow, prep and file patient files, and open/close the office. You will be required to communicate efficiently with staff and multi-task in a high-paced environment. Candidates must be computer literate, have excellent telephone skills, and demonstrate effective verbal communication with patients and personnel. Basic knowledge ofmedical insurance benefits/coverages(e.g., copays, deductibles) is required. Prior medical office experience is not required – we will train the right person.
Compensation:$14.00 - $16.00 per hour |Job Type:Part-time |Expected Hours:20–25 per week |Work Location:In person at Gainesville, Florida
