Position Overview

Sunrise Systems, founded in 1990, is an award-winning IT/Professional Staffing firm serving Fortune 500 and State/Local Government Agencies. We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English – Loyalty Services Representative for a 6-month Temp to Perm opportunity on an Hourly Contract (W2 only). This position is offered at Location: 2155 W Pinnacle Peak Road #100, Phoenix, AZ 85027, with onsite work Monday–Friday. The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, supporting inquiries related to policies, billing, claims, and retention, while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, handling inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
  • Support customers within an insurance environment, including inquiries related to policies, billing, claims, and retention.
  • Focus on customer retention and value-based selling by reviewing coverage, benefits, and resolving service issues.
  • Navigate and document information accurately and efficiently across multiple insurance and customer service systems.
  • Assist customers considering cancellation by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience through strong communication and product knowledge.
  • Work independently on the majority of calls using provided tools and training.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, average handle time, and close rate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex service or claims-related issues.
  • Perform duties in a fast-paced, onsite contact center environment.
