Position Overview
First Merchants Bank is seeking a Marketing Analytics Insights & Reporting Manager to lead the consolidation of marketing data across platforms. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into clear, actionable stories—from performance analytics to Voice of Customer insights—to accelerate decision-making, optimize spend, and inform experience improvements in close collaboration with Marketing, UX, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and normalize marketing data from web analytics, social platforms, email/SMS, SEO/SEM, paid media, and CRM to establish a single source of truth for performance reporting.
- Define and maintain the KPI framework and benchmarks for brand, demand, lifecycle, and experience metrics; tie measures to business outcomes and OKRs.
- Build and maintain executive and team-level dashboards and reports, applying data storytelling techniques for clear actionable insights.
- Establish and manage a Voice of Customer (VoC) program to aggregate and analyze feedback from multiple channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Product, Finance/FP&A, and IT to ensure data quality, implement measurement plans, and drive strategic improvements across channels.
- Conduct pre/post analyses, A/B testing, and ROI/ROAS assessments to guide budget reallocation and optimize campaign performance.
- Champion privacy-aware measurement and ethical data use in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, insights, and reporting with measurable impact on channel optimization and campaign ROI.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for distilling complex information into actionable insights.
- High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in dashboarding/visualization (e.g., Power BI), data storytelling, and working with SQL or data transformation tools.
- Experience in setting up or contributing to VoC programs, including survey design and sentiment analysis.
