SkyBridge Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters to help drive our nationwide healthcare staffing efforts by sourcing, engaging, and placing top healthcare talent in travel and contract roles. We are looking for driven recruiting professionals who thrive in a collaborative yet competitive environment and can contribute immediately within a fast-paced staffing setting.

Key Responsibilities for Recruiters:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, assisting clients in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach to engage top talent.
• Develop market intelligence and cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Partner with account managers to present qualified candidates to clients for placement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Prior recruiting experience required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
• Must be able to commute to our office in Tampa, FL
