Position Overview
Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, and obesity rates are at an all-time high. Virta is changing this by helping people reverse their metabolic condition through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery reinvented from the ground up.
Virta is building a world-class demand generation engine and is looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance. In this role you will own the execution and optimization of our digital, email, and ABM programs—from building and launching campaigns to analyzing performance and recommending optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital, email, and ABM strategies across platforms; optimize for engagement, conversion, and lead generation.
- Own the day-to-day management of email workflows, including segmentation, personalization, deliverability monitoring, and ongoing A/B testing.
- Build and maintain targeted audience lists for digital, outbound, and ABM campaigns, partnering with Commercial Ops to ensure data accuracy and proper tracking.
- Develop and refine nurture journeys across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages in close partnership with the demand generation team.
- Track and analyze campaign results, create insights dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the commercial optimization team to ensure accurate attribution, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
- 90 Day Plan:
- Get up to speed on 2026 plans and 1H campaigns, stepping in to run existing projects forward.
- Ramp up on tools, audiences, and workflows.
- Audit existing campaigns and analyze historical performance.
- Align closely with sales and consultant relations to understand how to activate channels for growth.
- Build and optimize reporting dashboards.
- Establish testing plans and create scalable SOPs.
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in execution-focused demand generation or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with major martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, email automation, analytics tools).
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with comfort in pulling data, building dashboards, and diagnosing funnel performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and launch campaigns quickly while maintaining strategic intent and quality.
- Experience in developing nurture programs, managing digital channels, and executing ABM tactics.
- Ability to balance scrappiness with operational rigor, knowing when to iterate fast and when to design for scale.
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts preferred.

- Compensation: $122,000-$145,000 per year
